My first PC
The computers at primary schools were quite basic. There were
games for learning but the one game that I remember very well was a game where
you had to move this small ledge left and right to make sure that a square
doesn’t goes into the black. I must have spent hours on it again this probably
helped my concentration.
One of the first things that I remember is how basic the writing
packages were when it came to computers and I look at all the options and
shortcuts that there are now. There are many more choices on games My uncle got me a CB radio for Christmas
when I was about nine. I remember spending a lot of time on it. My CB name was Shadow (gladiators ITV) from the We E and I used to talk to people
on CB channels. The concept was to
get involved in other peoples conversations so I loved it
Talking to someone on a CB radio was very tricky especially
when you think that all you could hear was an analogue frequency (when you tune
in your TV). This was one of the things that annoyed me a little bit.
I feel that is important to get children on computers as soon as you can not just for work for games and other things too
