The United States of America scored a first period goal from Declan Farmer a good shot from mid range to make the score 1-0 . Farmer also hit a shot from a difficult angle to make the score 2-0. Dixon should have scored as she was one on one with the keeper. Farmer gets an assist to leave Josh Falls to score the third. Canada got a scramble goal disallowed for someone being in the small blue circle.
